Anyone else notice that the History Channel tries to appeal to the dumbest of its viewers by trying to hype everything with "thrilling" music and narration? That kind of crap turns me off. I miss Carl Sagan.

Look, the big bang might sound like an interesting idea but at the end of the day you still have to ask yourself: Where did the elements to initiate the big bang come from? where did those come from? then those? and those??

Something does not come from nothing, including God.....Seriously, life makes no sense...no matter how eloquent it might seem..

@DerkyDerkJerb I recomend you to see the BBC documentaries of Dr. Al-Khalili, they are made for people like you and me, dumb people never see these documentaries so I do not understand why trying to make it appealing to them.
