it is researched and owned by the US gov. Mississippi uni grows it for all those vending machines dispensing cannabis. research US vs Randall 1976, US gov overturned for medical cannabis.
Callahan says his argument is PERMISSIVENESS, an BLAMES hemp. He should know better, UK/US grew hemp for the war!Last UK crop grown 1958,(legally) then main farmer swapped it for sugar.

Not to play the devil's advocate, but the ultimate arguement, after all have been exhausted, would be the very idea that one is disrupting the equilibrium of a naturally occuring drug. Wouldn't put it past federally- backed research.
