You're right. It wasn't used during the footage of Bane on the airplane. Try reading the description, assuming you can read. You will find that it says:

"The music used towards the end of the prologue video for The Dark Knight Rises."

And assuming you are not also deaf, go watch the prologue again and tell me this music wasn't used.
