This is why I could never be a public presenter. I'm always worried that I'll think I'm doing better than I am and wind up looking like a twat! And seeing the examples set by Rachel, Manny, Nagus, etc. just reinforces that belief. I think public presenters have one of the hardest jobs in the world. Not hard like Brain Surgeon or Rocket Scientist, but to go out there, and put your own social status, your credibility, etc. on the line; that takes guts. So kudos to all the ones that can do it well!

@pratik2107 When you're selling a product, knowing your market is vital. If there were 20 cat owners in the UK, then you wouldn't have a product. The higher the number, the more attractive it becomes to the buyer.

i think nargis is proof that the show's producers categorically DON'T choose the best candidates for Sir Alan's job position, but solely those that will make a fool of themselves and make the best TV!
