This is a show, just like the Dr's in lab coats. Who are they kidding? Obama has the same people as his advisers that Bushco did. Even if the Republicans were in charge the same crap would be happening. All because they are influenced by outside sources and not the people who elected them.

I seem to recall a republican doctor diagnosing a brain dead woman in Florida. He did it from the Senate floor. Aren't republicans marvelous?? Assholes.

Sorry, but health care is not a "right." Things that are goods and services cannot be labeled as rights without infringing on other peoples rights. It costs others to care for you, so you have to pay for it.
Its time to end the entitlement generation. This is getting ridiculous. The government is just the pooled resources of the people. Iif everyone is "entitled" to what they want, then they dont have to work for it. Zero productivity = zero pooled resources and we all lose.

Yes, quantity of MDs has so much to do with structuring health care.
It's the congress' job to legislate. I know you're use to Bush giving everything to cronies to write, but that's not how it is suppose to work.
Sherman Antitrust Act? Oh that relic that Bush not only disregarded but then urinated on? Guess it wasn't very hard since it was just 1 page.
I could write socialized health care in a few sentences. It would start with, "All US Citizens are entitled to quality health care."

A little slow at first for this ADD-afflicted age, rest of show was great, loved the videotaped questions etc. Maybe you could start with a few talking points to draw listeners in.
Republican Senate caucus has 2 docs Democrats have 0.
Democrat plan would outlaw incentives in health plans like Safeway.
Even President Obama was stumped about specific provisions in this bill.
The Sherman Antitrust act fits easily on a page. Why over 1000 pp. for healthcare? How much do they want to control us?
