Check out PreCentral's video unboxing of a commercially purchased HP TouchPad, along with a quick hardware and comparison to the Apple iPad 2 and BlackBerry PlayBook.
I got this thinking I could replace my iPad 2, but it was all hype. Needless to say I sold it a week after I got the HP touchpad. I like my iPad 2 a lot more.
@webos1337 Get one on QVC with all of the accessories (saving more than $100) and then use the $50 rebate and the 50GB Box.net Free Storage for Life. You end up saving a lot more than $100, and in fact pay off your TouchPad in just a couple of years with the Box.net savings.
Im still debating whether or not to get one, because if I was going to spend 500$ on a tablet, i'd buy an iPad because of HPalm's last screw up's (legacy devices) but if the price came down 100$ id so buy this sucker...
I was really looking forward to the TouchPad but the pricing is crazy, £399 is really a big mistake on Hp's part, saying that i'm still thinking of getting one but athere are alot more tablets out there that people would most likely go for over the touchpad, i was even thinking of getting the Asus Transformer, had really big high hopes for this also :(

It's sad when Android central or phonedog gets to do an unboxing or review every week, and precentral gets to do one every 6-8 months. Just saying
