Skyrim - Banish Enchantment

While taking a leisurely stroll through the Northern part of Skyrim I encountered this town. I was already hunting down iron ingots for smithing but to my surprise he had this Glass Axe with the Banish enchantment, exactly what I was looking for to boost my Enchantment skill.

I visited again a bit later and he had a glass dagger with the same enchantment so my thinking is that perhaps it's quite common for him to have items with the Banish enchantment.
This might then be an alternative for the bow at the Fletcher in Solitude many people are after.

Try it out for yourself and report back.

Why can't i disenchant some of my weapons?

@Cshirk25 Once you enchant an item you cannot disenchant it.

I just wanted to give you guys a heads up, if you see a weopon with the following title. ...of Expelling, ... of Annihilating, and of course ... of Banishing then those all have the Banish enchant

@shinodinha3003 its not good necessarily in itself, its good because it provides basically an unlimited supply of money. you destroy the weapon you buy at an arcane enchanter to learn the banishing spell, then you can use that to enchant daggers (which you create at the forge) and sell them for thousands, even though it cost a couple hundred to make them. thats the only reason its good

I used to enchant daggers with banish, but then I took an arrow to the knee.
