the fastes way to get rid of a cold sore is to pop the nasty thing with a sterile pin or toothpic and dab it with perfume (yes it will sting as a mofo) every hour and wthin one day it will be gone. so no need to hide ;)

I get these twice a year as well, great video, but you should use a Q tip instead of your finger so the virus doesn't stay on your make up brush etc
