most of the show is about lauren and heidi ,,heidi is the evil here with her boyfriend couldn't she see that lauren is a good friend to her but i m glad lauren made an end to their friendship it was hopeless and source for her problems

Not all of it is fake really. Sure, there are some parts that are acted out, but some of it is based on their life too. Lauren and Heidi were actually friends, but now they aren't in real life. That portrays in the show. Everything else might be fake or just extra stuff to keep the show interesting.
