May not stop everything concievable rpg etc but very impressive, i had a 7.62x54 rimmed and would probably stop that old Tsar aswell. Shame our soldiers can't have more protection (like Aid workers) patrolling Iraq, don't get respect they should i don't think, coppers traffic wardens & office workers on more money sad that!.

probabbly the price, and i think u have to have a special license for it.
-
i suppose, but their are even ak's that will give it a run for its money, like the yugo variant m70 a 7.62*51 mm but yea i get the point.

12,7mm AP rounds sure will have no problem penetrating that armor. but it's an acceptable risk, considering the average terrorist uses nothing more than the usual 7,62x39.
it's all about what could more probably happen.

Why not use Depleted Uranium armor plating? If its good enough to be used in tanks, why not armored cars.
-
that last test is solid proof that terrorist IEDs dont do shit to hard skinned vehicles.

5.56mm SS109 is not an AP round, granted it has a penetrator but it is not designated as AP. 5.56mm M193 has a bigger punch and can defeat B6; SS109 will defeat B6 due to the Door Skin Effect.

The video states that they protect the CEN 1063 B6, which is 7.62 x 51mm NATO Ball and below you feking doughballs.
i feel ya, and i agree....fighting and killin is so pointless...

Yea it is sad we need to build car like these. Why can't people just stop killing each other and get along.
