I tried that corn starch trick she suggested. It really does make things crispier. It works on pork chops, chicken, shrimp, country fried steak, fried vegetables, and probably anything else.

Wow! I bought a package of five chops and followed this recipe -- with a little extra salt because I like salt. The end result was me eating five fried pork chops and barely touching the green beans and mashed potatoes. I will probably explode in my sleep, but I'll die happy.

Why do you guys have to be so disrespectful? Yes, she's gorgeous but keep your negative and/or crude comments to yourself. This is the kind of non-sense that can get this woman into trouble and cause her to lose her show because people are looking at her as more as a sex symbol than a cook.
