Certainly not the innocent videographer. The girl HAD to have heard the train coming, the warning lights flashing, yet she still chose to walk to the middle of the tracks without looking both ways first, then stop in the middle of the tracks? There is a famous clip of a commuter doing the same thing and was killed. If you are dumb enough to play dodgeball with a speeding train you deserve to lose.

My GOD people are idiots. They put their own lives at risk just to play "chicken" on the tracks. Why don't they jump off a cliff instead? If you are going to do something stupid, then at least don't put other peoples lives at risk! Engineers have to deal with this every day!

On an emergency stop the people in the train can be hurt, and it is possible for the train to derail because of an emergency stop, especially a freight train, The kids and the videographer are completely irresponsible. I don't believe the videographer isn't a part of this he has a scanner and is listening to train frequencies.

Why were cuts made to this video? Honestly, a lot of the original poster's integrity is called into question when he can't keep all the evidence intact.
