@MrCranberry777 Excellent!! Dude, we have a lot in common with our training. My training partners and I use our own modified westside conjugate method. My wife and i just had a baby, so things are quite hectic now but meet training starts for us in april for a meet in august. We train with multiply gear. I know what a lot of people say about gear- cheating and stuff, but i tried it a long time ago and i instantly liked it. for me, it makes my favorite hobby even more fun. great training.

@thedude2979 i have a killer set of 5/8 inch chains i purchased from westside barbell.i had them powdercoated black and red then cleared.i use these on squats as well as bench. watson custom strength has thick bar v-bars for pushdowns as well as thick bar pulldown bars.its like freaking christmas around the gym when the catalog comes in. i have a friend who donated 12 budweiser kegs to the gym which i have filled with various amounts of water.im doing snatch,snatch high pulls and bttom position

@MrCranberry777 Oh yeah! Awesome exercise! I do those, we call it a band bell bar, with kettlebells hanging with EFS bands from the bar, for rehab after heavy bench. Does wonders for my elbows and shoulders. We don't have a fat bar, but I have fat grips to put on the bar. Awesome! Today is squat and DL day, we do a lot of bottom work with bands and chains, and suspended goodmornings. All good stuff. Yeah man, thanks for suggestions, we definitely should stay in touch.

@thedude2979 i had a couple of 250lb anvils made up-custom handles,custom length,one end longer to increase the unbalanced effect.i also contacted watson custom strength for their 2,2.5 and 3 inch thick bars.with non-revolving sleeves.try your bench from the bottom position-pins set right above chest level-bench,bring down and pause for a good 2 seconds.freaking brutal.try your squats that way too-from the bottom position.PURE POWER! please stay in touch.oh yeah-THORS HAMMER-2 INCH BAR PIPE!

@MrCranberry777 Without a doubt this kid will set records. I can't squat 610 without briefs, but I'm only 220, and 33 years old. I don't recover like these kids. I had really good coaching and that's exactly what this kid needs. He could total elite before he finishes high school.
