Why does it matter how well Wes would have done 30 years ago? The fact of the matter is he's bowling in the present and making a really good living doing it. So what if he relies on the technology of today's balls, it still takes skill to hit your mark shot after shot and making adjustments constantly on those difficult sport patterns. 30 years ago the oil patterns were nowhere near as difficult as they are now so it's a tradeoff of skill. They traded plastic balls and easy patterns to reactive

that's what it takes to beat parker....parker is one the very very few greatest, infact he's the greatest bowler to me..

@BIGGREENLEAF1 what's the biggest tourney u have ever won?
-
wes malott looks like an axe murderer.
-
If Wes was 30yrs back he would've played a different style down da lane...only old timers live in da past n not da present...everyone is using strong equipment 2day so everyones equal...
-
@BIGGREENLEAF1 I agree. Take him back 30 years, and he would fail.

@TheBrassHole Believe it or not every bowling center depending on its size has about 30 Wes Malott's. The problem with Malott and I am ok with saying this as I too am a PBA champion is he thinks he is a lot better than he is and don't get me wrong he is very good at adapting todays missles of bowling balls to the game but not very good at the actual art and skill of bowling because he more than likely never really learned how to bowl very similar to the modern league player of today...

@80gerardtan Well that sissy has nearly 30 PBA titles and about triple what Malott has and the fact Bohn won a lot of his titles before the super strike in a box balls came out shows he knows how to bowl on the other hand Malott's titles and power are all generated a lot like todays league players that average 225 when in fact they are really 165 average bowlers because of the super power balls of today.

@BIGGREENLEAF1 I agree. And nothing against malott, he is awsome, but his type of bowling soley relies on technology. Every bowling center has a wes malott, and they just simply would not have survived 30 years ago.
Wes Malott wouldnt have been laughing if he needed a spare in the 10th to win that 7-10 was unreal perfect hit. Thanks again wolfman i think your uploads are the best.Ten Pin rules.
