  • Why does it take longer for the swelling to subside for an open rhinoplasty vs a closed?

  • @MrRhinosapien Hello, there is more swelling after an open rhinoplasty due to the blood vessels in the tip being manipulated. Thank you, and I hope this helps answer your question.

  • Surgery with Dr. Nassif begins at 10K. Based on what you want, you could have it performed using the closed method.

  • @drpaulnassif what is the closed method?

  • @wHoPaHz

With a closed, or endonasal rhinoplasty, any incisions are made inside the nose only. Your surgery may go a bit quicker, and swelling will not linger as long with a closed procedure. But a closed may not allow the surgeon to see things he may see with an open rhinoplasty. Hope this helps answer your question.

  • @Kabaraz01 whats NCR?

  • AGH!! YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY FOR THIS RIDICULOUS, EXPENSIVE SURGERY. Fucking christ. Do NCR or bilateral nasal specific. Way less dangerous, way more effective, and fixes way more than your nose.

  • she needs more then one plastic surgury lol

  • She had a great result. The goal is not to have a perfect nose but a nose that works well with your face. Her nose looks great on her face.

  • The operation looks like a construction site... hammers, that little saw thing... after seeing that I sort of think i'd better use make up for contouring...

  • ...thats not exactly my situation but the profile of my nose is nasty too... its really long and has a little pump on the top... i like the front part of my nose but absolutly hate the profile of it lol :)

  • @XxinthezonexX you need to talk to a counseler. The girl in the video is doing it for health reasons not for cosmetics.

  • Can anyone has this surgery ? I suffer from depression and anxiety. I hate my ethnic nose and the way it curves down. It feel it would change my life and maybe even make me feel better about myself but scared about the whole procedure and recovery.
