"Ladies and gentlemen, you are now under arrest."

Police storm troopers in suits of black body armor, armed with clubs and grenade launchers, swept through a riverside park in the United States of America, arresting and kidnapping everyone in their path, in absolute violation of the United States Constitution.

"Ladies and gentlemen, you are now under arrest. Please sit down and place your hands on top of your head," the stormtroopers blasted through a bullhorn repeatedly, as they marched through the park collecting every person in their path.

Kidnapping; whoever confines or removes from one place to another, any person without the person's consent, is guilty of kidnapping and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 20 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $35,000, or both - Minnesota Code 609.25

Imagine if this was you!

Three people enjoying a bicycle ride through the park had a video camera with them and were able to capture the police storm troopers closing in around them; Kyle Keyser and his friends, Haydee and Justin.

It did not matter if you were a protester, journalist, or taking a walk through the park, all people were ordered to the ground and arrested. The people were zip tied and held in long lines of hundreds, waiting to be taken away. The people were, processed, fingerprinted, and thrown in jail and the police placed a ransom on them, charging the people with "Unlawful Assembly." http://kyle.tv/files/2008/09/0901081841.jpg

The U.S. Constitution states, Congress shall make no law abridging the right of the people peaceably to assemble.

This outright abuse of the supreme law of the United States, liberty and justice, occurred in the middle of the USA, in Saint Paul Minnesota, next to the Mississippi river - half a mile away from the Republican National Convention (RNC).

Kyle Keyser has a blog about this at http://kyle.tv/2008/09/01/freakin-arrested/

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants."

- Thomas Jefferson, author of the United States Declaration (July 4, 1776), third President of the United States of America.

Apparently we are at the point where there is very little choice left, but to begin watering the tree of liberty with the blood of tyrants.

U.S. politicians, such as Barack Obama, John McCain, George Bush, Dick Cheney, Sarah Palin, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee, Nancy Pelosi and Bill Clinton are all avoiding the real issues in the 2008 elections. Join the revolution, Google Ron Paul and Chuck Baldwin.

  • those things dressed in black are not human

  • @skatesurfsmoke Those are excellent points. I'm a pacifist, and I would never do this myself, but homemade napalm is inexpensive, and would be very effective against these over-armored knuckleheads.

  • @Dontuclimbtrees You kinda have a point, although I wonder if they were surrounded and knew they'd be beaten or even murdered if they rode on.

These God-damned Nazis have to be stopped, or it will be a Holocaust worse than Hitler's, right here in the USA.

  • Y didnt you just bend over for them also.... You pretty much asked them to cuff you. Should have just rode on and let the stormtroopers look derpy as shit.

  • I would of kept riding.

  • This is really getting out of hand. It's gonna get interesting when 250 million firearms come out of the closets.

  • id love to see cops like these hunted down and hung from lightpoles. as long as we let them do this to us with no reprecussions, they will do it. kill a cop if you see them doing this. they are no better or different than any other citizen and they work for us.

  • Great thing about pads is they take a long time to remove. Balloon flammables into police lines and you can have a weinie roast. Also. Fishing line with treble hooks and weights thrown over the police line will eliminate their move rate and make them easy targets for snipers if they show unneeded force

  • dragnet arrest is illegal A sweeping arrest of people suspected of possible involvement in criminal activity or a civil disturbance. this type of arrest is illegal because it is based not on probable cause but on unsupported suspicion or belief. also termed round-up or wholesale arrest and don't forget the 4 amendment. this was a false arrest an arrest made without proper legal authority. all the cops in this video should be locked up in jail and have them tried for treason.
