What is The Atheist Experience?

The Atheist Experience is a weekly cable access television show in Austin, Texas geared at an atheist and non-atheist audience. The Atheist Experience is produced by the Atheist Community of Austin (ACA), a nonprofit educational corporation to develop and support the atheist community, to provide opportunities for socializing and friendship, to promote secular viewpoints, to encourage positive atheist culture, to defend the first amendment principle of state-church separation, to oppose discrimination against atheists and to work with other organizations in pursuit of common goals.

@baqnblaq2003 Quite the opposite. Atheists can see beyond their childhood brainwashing and are willing to accept new ideas if they have evidence to back them up. Separating fact from fiction has nothing to do with ego, but defending a personal opinion despite the evidence to the contrary being all around you is definitely egotistical.

@baqnblaq2003 On what grounds do you make that claim, may I ask? In fact I find Christians egotistical, ignorant people. They claim to know what happens after death, and how people should act, and how people should think, when in reality that just isn't the case. I believe in things greater than myself, like society, which I haven't lost hope in yet which is a surprise when you find people such as yourself who make absurd assertions like you did in your comment.
