inhaling helium / oxygen desaturation SpO2 and EKG monitoring

in this video, i am inhaling the noble gas helium for almost two minutes, which causes an oxygen desaturation... and me to feel very uncomfortable.

your brain takes permanent damage if deprived of oxygen from ~10 minutes, no matter what cause... may that be inhaling helium, nitrous oxide, suffocating with a plastic bag on your head, or being underwater.

We did this at work on a limited basis then answered the phone or started to sing.

A lot of young people have inhaled right from the tank and then passed out. They are gifted with a serious lack of intelligence.....
