Is the phone able to switch between 4G and 3G, or is it 4G and 2G (1x)?

on the camcorder settings it says DURATION.. put it on mms and that should solve the problem

Ok i have the new lg 4g phone from metro pcs i was trying to send a video but it wouldn't allow me to do so i kept getting the error that the resolution is too high how do i go about changing the resolution to send video pls help thanks a bunch!!!!!
