Flight Voltage on the Searl IGVs that I am responsible for is some 10^12 Volts DC. Current never exceeds 1.5 milliAmperes. I presented a model of a P-seires IGV, 3 meters in diameter, at last year's (2010) TESLA TECH EXTRAORDINARY TECHNOLOGY conference in Albuqerque, New Mexico.
