The hatches between Soyuz TMA-14 and the International Space Station were closed at 6:06 p.m. EDT Saturday, October 9 following a farewell between the two spacecrafts' crew members. The Soyuz was scheduled to undock with Expedition 20 commander Gennady Padalka and flight engineer Mike Barratt, as well as spaceflight participant Guy Laliberté, at 9:07 p.m. with a landing on the steppes of Kazakhstan at 12:31 a.m. Sunday.
