Myles' Bearded Dragon going for a ride on his Sulcata Tortoise. Video taken at a VIIPER adoption event Aug 2010. The tortoise has bad pyramiding from the previous owner's lack of proper care. He has a much better home now.

  • Oh my god. Please tell me SOMEONE knows that sulcata is EXTREMELY malnourished?!

  • @Renesmae111 yes it has very bad pryamiding from a bad diet and environment when it was young. But it was surrendered to our rescue group and is now receiving excellent care. Unfortunately the damage can not be undone though it will be slightly less noticeable as it gets bigger.

  • @wolverin648 ususally tortoises don't need other tortoises but you can get a redfoot or leopard tortoise which grow big but not as big as a sulcata. you can even get a smaller species such as a russian

  • omfg...IS THERE ANY VIDEO NOT HAUNTED BY THIS SONG WTF!!

  • @aflpds9 Thanks! that really helped one more question it looks lonely and im not sure which turtle to put it with becuase i cant buy another sulcata so yea

  • @wolverin648 ok you'll have to get a reptile heast lamp from a pet store and get this reptile calcium too (i use the brand rep cal) and sprinkle a little one their meals. they eat dark green leafs such as romaine, also collard greens i think. my tortoise likes argula. you can feed it a bit of tomatoe and carrots ONLY once in about 2 months. hope i helped, any qusetions please ask!

  • I have one but its still a baby. I dont really know what to feed it please help. It lives in a cold environment with no heat lamp or much sunlight. I heard u have to give it calcium but i don't know? I usually just feed it vegetables but that's it. Please i dont know what i have to do and i really dont want it to turn out unhealthy.

  • it gave v beard dragon a pigi back

  • Read description- this is an adoption event! Which is good because that critter needs a much better home than he had.

  • Ha ha, a hitchhiker! ;p
