I was one of the first people to ride this across the Mississippi river when it first opened. It was so scary and shaky. It was not that long it was only enough room for 4 to 6 people back then. Why is it longer now? What happened to the smaller ones?

My mom and I were in the area on a bus trip from Wi. really impressed! A really cool place especially a diagram of I think the mississippi river And a mini depiction of the states carved into the concrete, with the river carved in and running thru it with water! It was a warm beautiful summer night, great setting great memories. This was about 15 yrs ago, I'll get back there again someday! If anyone wants to go and share the expense, let me know
