Bush and Obama don't have any control over lowering gas prices. Obama is actually importing less foreign oil since the 1980's. Which means for the Greedy oil rich countries and oil companies to make the billions they have to raise the price per barrel. So drivers pay more. I wish more people were intellectual enough to use facts to come to logical conclusions. Obama isn't to blame for everything.
