This video is shot inside a Financial Aid Office, were a US citizen is asking for for financial aid. He is qualified to get the aid but there is simply money to be given.

@kellyannabama wow your dream is amazing, keep working hard for it! you get what you sow so you will succeed! :) it's good to see that you're working hard for what you believe in and though our opinions differ trmendously there is no use in trying to change or prove the other person wrong. so I will fight for what I believe in, and you fight for yours. I still don't agree with you, but what can I do? we both have good purposes and all I can do is hope for the best.

@1asdfsdfg i do have proper morals, i help people i voulnteer with children and i work hard. I hope to one day work in animation. All i want is to one day see kids like me going to college and not filled drowned with work and school. I feel we should follow the steps of europe and have money accessible for kids that want to go to college. it's sad when you hear about the ways people pay for books, I just dont want young kids degrading themselves to make it through life because their no help.
