@Midnightmage16 A person with an idea that could produce massive results that had some concept of how to make it happen in the worlds current state, that is extremely passionate about their idea is worth a risk. Even if they have to take on the risk without the backing of a major organization. Be optimistic and understand the success of this man.

@Hyperllam4 Uh...that's because passion can only go so far. A person can be passionate, but be a terrible worker. Having some experience shows that you DO have a passion by you sought out to better yourself in your passion.
Really, what company in their right mind would want to hire a Director that had no experience whatsoever? Use some logic.
