Personally I think for pure, brute, hardcore strength, you need to include heavy compound lifts such as deadlifts, squats, bench, military press, curls, etc. I don't want people cracking the shits with me saying im an idiot, this is just my opinion based on my experiences.

Now i remember why I always felt young while in the cav, we used to do a lot of kettle bell for PT , aswell as alot of this other strength training, tried bench but eh didnt feel right, this keeps you moving and builds way more stamina. Thing is I am very weary of the bell as I seem to injure my back both upper and lower very often when using it maybe I should warm up more before hand better stretching. Also work on form maybe. What type of cardio aside from this do you do?

@spacy454 I love the jump rope and speed bag intervals for cardio. On other days at our facility we have Indo-Row (which i love!) and we are a certified Spinning facility. I love those classes because they aren't so hard on the body. Not that im hurt or anything, but rest is always needed.

Do you do any weight lifting or do you build your strength by these?

@21RandomFilms As far as traditional lifting, not really. I do add in deadlifts once in a blue moon. I stick with mostly kettlebells and body weight training.
