    im in freshman chemisrty and we ddid this with ethanol which had a much bigger reaction.

    did you do the one with an electric current and ethanol?

  • Simple.

    1.) Pour about 500-1000ml of Isoprpyl alcohol into canister.

    2.) Swirl around so it covers all sides.

    3.) Pour out excess and light! =)

    how it works is bottles of ethanol with wires through them, and they are capped with corks and my teacjer put an electric current thourgh the wire and the corks shoot off, its so cool
