Golbez's secret EX Burst audio. It replaces the "Binding Cold" text box with:
"Dragon: Give your power to Meteor!"
Golbez: "Very well."

Apparently, you don't have to time the commands to his voice. I just entered them in fast. Either way, that's what it looks like. Good luck.

As long as i know, to get this you have to input the button commands as Golbez says "shadow," "light," and "dark."

This is a reference to the dialogue between Fusoya and Golbez, after he try to cast Twin Meteor in FFIV
