@steagle9000 Well, I didn't say Vietnam was meaningless...but only that there had to be an end point somewhere. I was replying to someone who said HK sold out ROV with the Paris Peace Accords but my only point what was USA gonna do? Pubic had had enough, COngress was gonna pull the funding and USA allies were fed up etc. USA public as far as I can recall by 73 had said--ROV has had enough of a chance....

@555paint Well said! The sad thing is we never learn. We basically are doing the same thing in Iraq in Afghanistan.Fighting a meaningless war and gaining nothing. At least we're finally out of Iraq and I hope Obama pulls All the troops out of Afghanistan soon.
