I did a little weigh in to prove that I was 205 lbs, for all those doubters. Although, I am not sure why people would think I would lie about my weight. Anyway...

Shoulder day today had me testing out my seated presses to see what I could do...the bench was at 90 degrees, which to me, is a true Military Press (not a high incline - because I can do 270 lbs that way).

I tried out Seated Behind-The-Neck Presses to see how hard it was to do 2 plates that way. I never do these because they are so hard on your shoulder joints.

  • Very impressive. Keep it up!

  • its not a rep if you only do 1.

  • good shit man, i'm tired of seeing people pressing from behind the neck. Pressing to the front is way more challenging.

  • no problem bud ,carry on the inspiration.

  • @BRETZERR hellz yea man , Ive got so many things going on in life that Ive decided to just spend a certain amount of time everyday on everything from school work and gym and its all working according to plan ,discipline and hard work just got no alternatives.
