I have been able to prove after years of experimentation that it is possible to create a safe charcoal cooking stove. The key is to keep the design simple and therefore easy to use. With just the right amount of natural draft (up) primary air, volatile gases, mainly Carbon Monoxide (CO), are released and spontaneously mixed with pre-heated secondary air. The result is a LP gas-like flame (±600°C), which does not blacken pots and contains very little CO. High power output: 3.5 to 5 kW.
