Hey, I have a Toshiba Satellite A215-S5849. I upgraded the BIOS and while upgrading it turned off. I had the power button on and the cylinder(Hard disk) light blinking for a while. I then unplugged it and tried to turn it on again but I only get a black screen and the power button on. How can I fix it? Can I use a cd to do a flash BIOS?
