I CALLED LG CANADA THEY TOLD ME TO FAX THE WORK ORDER'S AND THE RECEIPT TO THEM THEY SAD THAT THEY WILL WORK ON IT AND AFTER I CALLED VIRGIN MOBILE CANADA THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CALL THEY AND TAKE CARE OF IT THEY DID THEY SENT ME A NEW PHONE I WON HAHA. LG STILL SUCKS LIKE SHIT HAHAHA I WON

Hey. I've sent my rumour back 2 times to get fixed and they have done nothing. Virgin is supposed to call me soon and I'm trying to get a new phone. Is there any chance I can get a different phone?
