I'm sorry but someone who feels in the need to work on external factors so much obviously don't love who they are on the inside. You're an intelligent and interesting person, you don't need racy titles for that. You needed breast implants to be happy with yourself? No, you needed self respect and a higher self esteem. If you were happy with yourself you wouldn't need make-up to "accentuate your features" because you would already be happy with them.
