Take a ride on-board Metro-North train #1590 (10:22PM) from Grand Central Terminal to Southport using M2 8720 as the lead car. In this part, we pass through Pelham, New Rochelle, Larchmont, Mamarenck, Harrison, Rye, & Port Chester. Just as we are passing through Shell Interlocking in New Rochelle, we are greeted by several track workers putting up new catenary bridges. Enjoy part 4!

Why does it look like there is a track missing at new rochelle, or is that just me?

There is no track there. About a year ago from when I took this video on June 20th, 2008 they decided to take it out and build another support beam for the bridge because that track didn't make sense to be there in the first place.

Great video. Nice horn. Too bad it was so dark out though. The reflection sometimes gets in the way. It was still great though. 5 stars!

Oh ya both catenary & 3rd rail. The horn is directly below where I was standing which since the horn was being blown at full blast, my feet were feeling very weird.
