@Shilasta Look....seriously look it up...its a racoon..It looks as though it has a beak because it is bone where all the soft tissue has decomposed... and its hairless and bloated from the gasses inside from decomposition and all dead things in the water loses its hair. You can even see a patch of its hair coming off the front right arm. Which some people thought it was a tag from plumb island or something.
