Lego Animation Series "MeatSpace" is coming BACK!

The LEGO Animated series MeatSpace is returning in all its stopmotion rapidfire geeky glory... or even MORE glorious this time as it'll be in HD!

For those curious, it'll be shot with a Canon 60D using "Dragon Stopmotion" http://www.dragonstopmotion.com
Which, incidentally, is what "Robot Chicken" is produced with. So I'm in very good company.


When it was first conceived in early 2007, "MeatSpace" was to be a primarily topical, sarcastic and humorous look at "geeky culture" be it video gaming, internet, comics or TV related.
When I pitched the concept and pilot episode to ABC2 TV for their nationally broadcasted video game show "Good Game" the focus narrowed to Video gaming specifically.
When the commissioned run ended after episode 6, MeatSpace was free to expand once more to a broader range of subject matter, but still all about the geeky stuff, because... well... "write what you know" ;)

cool blunty :-) nerdy question, I know you use a macbook pro but what software do you put your stills into to animate? I want to try some SM work with my nikon and 1000 people all have 1000 answers to "which software should I use". I trust your opinion tbh :-)

Dude you have THE perfect channel. I do Lego stopmotions I've been interested for 4 years I'm also a tech addict and hardcore gamer. You just have all of that and a touch of awesome I mean it ;)
