More than 100 University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering students and a half dozen faculty members surprised a crowd gathered for the College of Science and Engineering's 75th Anniversary Kick-off Celebration on Northrop Mall with the University's first-ever "flash mob" dance. Dressed in maroon and gold T-shirts, the group danced to a mix of songs including "Celebrate," "Just Dance," and "Dynamite." Goldy Gopher and Steven Crouch, dean of the College of Science and Engineering, joined the group for the finale. The group ended with a rendition of the "Minnesota Rouser" fight song.
