This is the 48 hour film project so if you know anything about that you know they give you a genre in ourr case horror, a main character Penny Monkton, their occupation liguist, a prop paper cup and a line of dialoge " It makes me want to cry"you have 48 to write, cast, shoot, edit, mix sound and deliver a 5 to 7 minute film. Try it some time
