I am doing this piece for NYSSMA (New York State Student Music Association). I am auditioning for area all state (I am a freshman, so I cannot qualify for regular all state), and I must sing a solo. I am a male, but I know it's the same notes, only an octave lower. This sounded very awesome.

Es verdad que es un aria para barítono. ¿Quiere decir eso que Marcelo Alvarez no la puede cantar? Se puede criticar, y mucho en este caso, la interpretación, la falta de respeto a la partitura y un apremio que no se entiende opacan la pieza, pero no creo que la tesitura que más se usó (Parisotti ha compilado versiones para voz alta y medio baja), digo, la cuestión registral no es, no debe ser, un dogma; no debería haberlos en canto lírico.

also when you get to the aprilmi il peto that needs to be so much more stronger. that is the highlight of that song and it needs to be so much more stronger. and work on your trills. other than that really pretty.
