My husband and I rode the Ripley's Ghost Train on 1/5/08. This is a small snippet of one of our hosts telling us about local haunts and lore while riding the... ghost train in St. Augustine, Florida. In this clip we were just pulling up to Ripley's to finish off our train tour with an paranormal investigation at Ripley's. Ripley's includes a free camera to keep, and a borrowed EMF meter for the investigation. My husband and I brought our camcorders/cameras, fingerlights (to help us see in the dark) and a small digital recorder for additional footage. It was loads of fun! Our guides were a hoot. We caught several anomalies during the investigations at Huguenot cemetery, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth and inside Ripley's Believe it or Not! St. Augustine is VERY haunted and we plan to go back for more investigations very soon.

  • I did this! It was so cool. I got pictures of orbs and light energies while I was there :)

  • @InsanelyMaddie Cool! I am ready to go again!

  • We really enjoyed it. Here's the info!

Call 1-904-824-1606. Advance reservations are recommended for this highly popular tour. The Ghost Train Adventure can be experienced every Tuesday through Saturday evening, with extra nights during major holiday weekends. The first train of the evening leaves Ripley's at 8:30 p.m. The cost is $26.00 per adult and $13.00 per child (6-12).

  • The Ripley's Believe It or Not Ghost Train tour is a lot of fun to go on. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in the history of St. Augustine and its spirited spirits! Make sure to wear decent shoes since there is some walking on this tour (mostly in the dark) and bring a great camera to record your experience. If you happen to get the same guides that we did you'll have a wonderful time. Their tales were captivating and they will keep you on the edge of your seat! Have fun!!
