Taco Salad

This was a request from one of my viewers (Haezo84), a taco salad. This taco salad is a low carb meal and delicious!

Ingredients
4 oz ground Turkey
10 oz Iceberg lettuce
1 lettuce leaf
7 tortilla chips
3 oz diced tomato
1/4 cup of red onion
1/8 cup of grated cheese
2 tsp sour cream
dash of black pepper
2 oz of carrots
1 tsp chili powder
3 tsp hot sauce (taco sauce)

Calories: 473.2
Sodium = 492 mg

* If the salad is too dry for you add salad dressing, salsa, or more sour cream. Enjoy :)

Just regular tortilla chips, the same kind that you would eat with salsa.

k cause you can get low sodium ones or whole wheat ones I think would they effect the calories of the salad or would we count them sperately?
