@dmariathas You can find maida in any Indian grocery stores. Also maida is nothing but All-Purpose Flour. So you can easily get the flour in any grocery or departmental stores. Let me know how it turned out for you. Wishing you Happy Holidays :)

@satnamkaurpt1 Sure enough you can skip the process of adding egg. Absolutely you can. Just add cornflour to get more crispiness. Adding egg won't be much crispy. So for vegetarians', just by adding cornflour gives an absolute crisp delicacy. Hope you try it out and let me know how it turned out without adding eggs. Wishing You Happy Holidays :)

Hi.. Thanks a lot for the recipe .. I just tried it and it was awesome.. In fact i feel like cooking it once again right away :)

I added a few spring onions (green onion) and also a few crushed peppercorns and it made the dish spicy and more tasty.. yummmmm .. thanks once again :)
