things always happen, old worn out equipment and time will givve you the stone age as tech must improve if the past life is successfull. you have not touched disasters. Co2 is only bad if there is no cycle, but it has been higher and no man. worry about water and food as climate change is always happening and when changes happen resources go into effect. we only have each other , t comes to surviving as nature provides you prove your worth. independent homes are longway to protect your family.
independant homes and knowledge should be incouraged and not limited, freedom is most important aas it let prepare for local or wide spread events. change is the only constant as nothing ever remains the same. we getting to to many people use non renewables for control and profit. the law stops us from knowing and getting what we need except when allowed by someone else.
Who can call the shots? Who truly knows whether a stable earth is one with polar regions? I live near glacial lakes formed not that long ago, even compared to the age of man.Your message seems clear and well intended. What price victory for a civilization, if you want to restore the cold arrid nature of earth? Perhaps humans are just a phase of the earth to bring back c02 for plants. Bring up human greed and population next time.
Your fatal flaw is just saying - that we have to DO SOMETHING, without spelling out how, or what to do! Just doing something is really just Code for "taxing our asses off"! Our socialist president is advocating total government control of ALL the moneys spent in your "Pay the Cost no matter what column! Government taxation in the form of GREEN Credits is nothing more than putting your money into the pockets of GREEDY, corrupt Democrats! Do What? When? HOW? Not with my money you won't!
Well the flaw I see in this is the missing worst case scenario items that should be in the false box of column A. If we had a global economic depression, that would lead to the Political, social, and health problems in the true box of column B. What is missing is the environmental aspect. Which would be equaled by some other catastrophe. There are a lot of possibilities that seem to have been left out. Basically what I am saying is there is no way to tell which is the better path.
Well I will say that this is common scence (spelling?),put in 2 practicality,& very well done. Now the key part will b 2 gatter all the things that need 2 b fix that involves our budget our brain & our effort 2 make positive change 4 our uncertain future. One important action will b 2 select the most predictable problems 1st,cause base on probabillity we can asume a better(not fact)way 2 deal with the situation now so it can take the right course in the future.
This mathmatical model always leads to conservatism. No matter what you plug in as the variables. There's more to solving difficult problems than a blind approach.

Its a game of chess and the civilians are badly losing.
Example: The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program "Weather as a weapon"
