@skdrama If it's too hard with a physioball, you can either do it without the ball, or bend your knees (which can be a bit awkward). It's definitely challenging, especially with the one Daniel used in this video - it's weighted!

Yeah! Excited to do this one! I did the booty thigh video yesterday - and I'm SOOOO sore! Perhaps I'll do this one today. Is it okay to exercise when you're sore? I'm walking like a little old lady lol... I don't want to hurt myself. K thanks!

@skdrama You made us laugh :) It's okay to workout when you're sore, just make sure that you give that particular muscle group a rest. So today for example, assuming your legs are sore, you could do this one that works your core. Don't worry, the little old lady walk won't last! - Kelli
