I'm a diehard Weezer fan and a fan of Deftones, but I must admit, this is one of the worst Weezer covers I've ever heard, in fact, you can hear boos around the last minute, and I've been able to confirm that yes they were boos since I did manage to talk to someone at that show. They said that Deftones just isn't a very good band at performing live. Also, there's no way he could hit any of the notes Rivers does, which is why he doesn't attempt most and the ones he does, he doesn't hit. It's pret

Are you serious? You're cussing someone out and telling them to die because they don't like this atrocious cover? He has an incredibly weak voice that is awful with this song, and the bass is nearly nonexistent. Truly awful cover.

how can you compare versions? Bands don't cover another bands song to make it better. It just means they like the music enough to want and play it themselves. The song still belongs to the other bands, its just a cover.

well since deftones covered weezer do you think that the deftones think weezer is a weak band???
NO when they cover music dont you think thats what they enjoy listening to? dont think a band is weak cus they are not as heavy as the other..listen to the music and appreciate what is sung..weezer is very talented and thats comin from a hardcore deftones fan
