"Sei Tu" è un noto brano Italiano portato a Sanremo da Syria con la quale si aggiudicò il terzo Classificato. In questo video, questo brano viene rinterpretato con una nuova versione in una nota Carmes televisiva da Dario Pastorino nel 2009 con le immagini da sfondo del famoso film "Autumn in New York"

Autumn in New York is a 2000 romantic drama film directed by Joan Chen and starring Richard Gere, Winona Ryder, and Anthony LaPaglia.
The movie focuses on Will Keane (Gere) who falls in love with Charlotte Fielding (Ryder), a sweet, but terminally ill young woman.
Plot:
Will Keane, a 48-year old restaurant owner, has a persistent case of commitment-phobia. When he meets Charlotte Fielding, a free-spirited woman half his age, he expects another quick and easy romance. But nothing about their relationship is quick or easy. Instead their encounters are rife with intergenerational clashes, differing philosophies and an urgent sense of sensuality and connection.
Just when Will is tempted to bail out with his usual line about "not promising forever," Charlotte responds with reasons of her own about why she feels this relationship can't last forever : she's dying because she has a heart neuroblastoma.
Although Charlotte's grandma, Dolly is not too keen on their budding relationship, she doesn't express any fears in front of her. But she warns Will to leave her alone on account of the fact that she is "really sick". Her fears though have another dimension to them. She doesn't want her granddaughter to be hurt the same way her daughter was and more so by the same man. When Charlotte comes home one evening soaked in tears, after learning that Will has slept with someone else, Dolly divulges the details of the past about her mom and Will that she had kept from her so far. Charlotte gets angry with her for not trying to "protect" her especially being the only family that she had in the world. Will visits Charlotte seeking forgiveness. Charlotte though angry, forgives Will and they go on to have a short sweet affair.
In the end, she dies and Will is left alone, but later is shown to have a relationship with both Lisa, his estranged daughter (from Mili, Kate's double's partner), and newborn grandson.

Il film, sulla falsa riga di Love Story, racconta del maturo Will Keane (Richard Gere), che si innamora, forse per la prima volta, della giovane e sensibile Charlotte (Winona Ryder), una donna figlia di una sua vecchia fiamma, che scopre di essere gravemente malata di neuroblastoma al cuore.
Trama :
Will Keane, 48enne proprietario di un ristorante, non riesce a legarsi in modo serio con una donna, perciò quando incontra Charlotte Fielding, spensierata ragazza con la metà dei suoi anni, immagina l'ennesima storiella romantica. Ma niente della loro relazione avrà del futile e veniale.
Dunque, quando arriva il momento per Will di chiudere la relazione, Charlotte gli confida che la loro relazione, in ogni caso, non sarebbe potuta durare dato che lei sta morendo a causa di un neuroblastoma cardiaco.
Sebbene la nonna di Charlotte non sia entusiasta della loro storia d'amore, chiede a Will di non abbandonare la nipote in un momento così tragico. Infatti, la nonna non vuole che la nipote venga abbandonata come è successo alla figlia proprio con lo stesso uomo, ma Will è in difficoltà, stretto tra le sue paure e un palese dovere morale.
Ma l'unica persona che non sembra preoccupata da tale situazione è proprio Charlotte, che ha preso con filosofia la sua malattia e non intende combatterla più del necessario, limitandosi a vivere a pieno il tempo che le rimane.
Ora Will si rende conto che per la prima volta si è veramente innamorato di una donna e inizia un'affannosa ricerca per cercare di salvare la sua amata. Alla fine, grazie anche all'aiuto di sua figlia con cui ha avuto un rapporto un po' burrascoso, Will trova un chirurgo disposto ad operare Charlotte ma solo come ultima risorsa.
Dopo alcuni collassi, Charlotte subisce il colpo decisivo, viene ricoverata e operata ma le condizioni sono troppo gravi e quindi, alla fine, Charlotte muore. Per la prima volta, è Will a restare solo, ma in suo soccorso giunge la ritrovata figlia rendendolo, inoltre, nonno.
