(Part 1)This is my first flight to moon, with SATURN5 rocket, using AMSO add-on.I used Apollo 15 start time, and you can watch all flight and all maneuvers to reach LEO (Low Earth Orbit.
(Part 2)We are on LEO, ejection burn, Lunar transfer, and sep. of LM from 3'rd stage of Saturn5
(Part 3)Near moon, retrograde burn, and set an orbit around moon.

I have the AMSO add-on for orbiter. Is there a button or key I have to press when I want to separate?

They didn't tell you that AMSO (Apollo Mission Sim for Orbiter) is an add on.
Orbiter, in its base pack, have only some fictional ships and a base version of the Space Shuttle Atlantis.

is there a game like this for mac? it wont work on the windows side of my laptop

I think is only under MS Windows. It's possible do don't work on your laptop because it's require a lot of resources,especially from cpu and memory. I also want to install orbiter on a laptop but it was working very slow.

How did you learn how to fly that to the moon I always crash lol and the documentation is in french

Just watch with attention (pausing) and taking notices, the entire flight tutorial to the Moon, which you have in Orbiter by default(with delta -glider). You can learn from there all maneuvers.
