I would call Chris Mullin almost as pure of a shooter in his prime as Larry Bird and Pistol Pete. Also, had Mullin had the benefit of the 3-point line while at St. John's, he would have set a Big East and possibly an NCAA scoring record which never would have been broken. Anyone agree with me?

I agree Nelson should have never traded Richmond for Owens, but it's understandable why he made the decision at that time. Billy Owens was extremely highly rated an young forward back then, he turned out to be a flop that, at that point, few people have had expected. Bottom line is - the Warriors needed a presence inside, they had too much talents outside, so it was a logical move.
